King’s Mews

20-21 King’s Mews, Holborn, London

This seven-unit apartment building, at over four storeys in King’s Mews was completed in 2020.

The building features three segmental ground floor precast columns in white architectural concrete with two spanning ‘L’ shaped section fascia/soffit units on top. All precast elements have an acid etched finish.

At the first floor level there are six mid level balcony window openings, each with a white precast fluted jamb and lintol surround.

At the second floor level there is an entire floor of architectural precast units facing the two uppermost apartments. Incorporating an asymmetrical chamfered reveal to the above and right of each of the windows and with a 50mm wide outer projection to frame the openings.
